We understand that your pets are like family, and it’s our top priority to make you feel comfortable with the care we provide them. To make sure all your questions are answered, we’ve included our FAQs below.

My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?

Absolutely yes! We accept dogs that are on most type of diets such as dry kibble, wet food or BARF diet. However there will be additional charge at the rate of €1 per meal on additional feedings (exceeding two meals per day).

Administration of medication (tablets) prescribed by the veterinarian is charged an additional the value of € 1.00 to the service.

What does a client should supply for overnight boarding?

You should ensure that you bring enough food with your dog to cover the entire length of the stay, collar and leash as well as the pet's health card with up-to-date vaccination records.

How can I check on my pet during their stay?

We regularly take photos and videos of our four-legged guests which we normally upload on our Fcaebook page as well as send individual updates to the owners, We are always so excited to show that the pet has at least as good (if not better) time during their stay with us as the owners of their holidays!
